BARRIE SALSA PARTY, hosted by SMOOTH LATIN GROOVES Dance Studio, Barrie Salsa Lovers/ Barrie Social Club has become a Latin dance institution in Barrie. The dance party is held every THIRD Saturday of the month at 41 ESSA RD. EVENT CENTRE. Latin dancers of all styles - Ballroom, Club Style, and various Latin Styles - meet to dance to a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha, and Reggaeton. There is also a ZUMBA class with a professional Zumba instructor. The party starts @ 6 PM with a beginner lesson ($10) followed by the dance party from 7 - 11 PM ($5). Ample parking on premises, free snacks and a raffle for free tickets or Zumba lessons.
